The South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association is bringing its grassroots outreach to Brookings hosted at the Animal Science building on the South Dakota State University campus before Beef Bowl. As part of SDCA’s ongoing commitment to meet producers where they are, Region Roundups invite meaningful conversation about the issues shaping South Dakota’s cattle industry.
Region Roundups are open to SDCA members, non-members, producers, affiliates, and anyone interested in learning more about SDCA and the work being done on behalf of the cattle industry. Whether you raise cattle, work in agriculture, or simply want to stay informed, you’re encouraged to attend.
The morning will begin with coffee and conversation at 9:00 AM, followed by updates from the SDSU Meat Lab and Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Laboratory, an informative session from AgSpire, a market outlook update from Professional Ag Marketing, and an SDCA update, providing opportunities to connect with fellow cattlemen and women, share regional perspectives, and receive an update on SDCA policy and priorities.
