Event Description
The South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association (SDCA) joins Hadrick Ranch, Certified Angus Beef®, and a group of outstanding family-owned South Dakota restaurants and retailers to present the Ranch‑to‑Table Celebration, taking place May 29–30 in the Sioux Falls regional area.
This two-day celebration showcases the full journey of high‑quality South Dakota beef from ranch to plate. The event will focus on highlighting the people, care, and craftsmanship behind every bite. Participating locations include Morrie’s Steakhouse, Minerva’s, Grille 26, JJ’s, Rub ‘N Tug BBQ (Brookings), and County Fair Food Store (Dell Rapids).
This event highlights a unique farm-to-table partnership: premium beef raised on Hadrick Ranch that meets and exceeds the standards of the globally recognized Certified Angus Beef® program, then served fresh by South Dakota’s own family-owned establishments.
Throughout the day, guests can enjoy featured beef items and special giveaways at every location. The Hadrick family will be visiting each business during regular business hours to greet customers and share more about their ranch. Joining them is Certified Angus Beef Executive Chef Venoy Rogers III, who has created exclusive featured dishes specifically for this celebration.
