2023 SDCA Convention - Student Registration
Event Description
The South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association will host the 75th annual convention and trade show November 28 & 29 at the Watertown Event Center and Ramkota Hotel in Watertown, SD. The 2023 South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association Convention & Trade Show welcomes ALL STUDENTS to attend the event that brings together South Dakota producers and other beef industry stakeholders for educational opportunities, policy discussion and development, a cattle focused trade show, and a LOT OF FUN.
First Dakota, the 2023 Student Registration Sponsor makes it possible to offer a reduced registration fee for any students with a valid student ID. Additional discounts are available for SDCA Student Members.
Full Student Convention Fee $90

Day 1- $45
Day 2- $45
* SDCA Student members receive a $45 discount off a full registration or can attend one day at no cost with code STUDENT2023 ! Not a member, sign up today or at the event to apply the discount!
The 2023 Convention will kick things off with the SDCA’s annual Cattlemen’s Education Series, a celebration of our industry partners at the Best of Beef Happy Hour, the Merck Roping Contest that is open to the public and fun for the whole family! Day two will feature a CattleFax report, our keynote address, seminars, membership meetings and networking opportunities with fellow cattlemen and women, local, state, and national leaders and beef industry partners. The event comes to a close with the Cattlemen's Banquet & President's Auction.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ramkota Hotel November 28 & 29. Call to reserve a room under the Cattlemen's Association SD block before OCTOBER 30, 2023 to guarantee the group rate.
